I work with a wide variety of emotional difficulties, mental health challenges and relationship issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, adult and childhood trauma, relationship / family difficulties and gender identity. I work with autism, ADHD, neurodiversity.
I offer open-ended, short, or long-term therapy depending on what your needs are. I work face to face and online via Zoom. I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation, and if you decide to go ahead, we will see each other weekly for a 50-minute session. 90-minute sessions are also available.
As a member of the BACP I am bound by their ethical code and am committed to their exacting standards of practice and continued professional learning. I use my understanding and professional development to enhance my work and broaden my knowledge. I have a BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling degree and I use a relational and integrative approach incorporating psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural therapy models.
